'A Fun Whole Body Stability Circuit' -Intermediate level-
To execute theses exercises correctly it requires a tremendous amount of integration and recruitment of a few different muscle groups. But when eveything comes together these exercises will make you very strong! (I've used a barbell for the first exercise but it can be Dumbbell or Kettlebell)

1: Barbell overhead unilateral walking lunge
2: Bentover unilateral KB Row/single leg (90 degrees)
3: Kettlebell unilateral overhead press with Single leg knee extension
4: Tornado Medicine ball slam
5 : Swiss ball bird dog
