A few months ago before we all sheltered in place, I visited my friends at @Munchies to bake something delicious with them, using basic buildings blocks from #EveryoneCanBake: chocolate caramelized puffed rice (base) + peanut butter mousse (filling) + chocolate ganache (a finishing, in this case). I've showed you how to make the chocolate ganache a few posts back, using it to glaze a cake while it's still warm and pour-able.
