Motivation of #trainathome. Part 2.: .

Consistency. . *long term, this is a key 🔑. . *bare in mind, that something is better than nothing and sometimes too much is not better than something. 🤷‍♀️. . *on days, when you feel totally psyched and feel like you would like to work out as long as you can, bare in mind, that it will affect you tomorrow. Maybe your next day will be a 'zero - motivation' one and you will finish laying down all day (🤪). Saying, nothing is wrong with 'chill', if you feel so. But, summed up, during the period you will come out with less 'work' overall. (Ok, if this is your goal?). .

How to reach a consistency and desire to 'move' every day? . 👉 Give yourself 'all in' and enjoy the workout on days when you feel psyched! Yes, totally. But, rather than quantity and extend your workout until night, enjoy it in the name of quality (!) Meaning, enjoy every move, hang period, set or repetition you do and do you max! . 👉On the other side, on days you fell a bit so-so (believe, we all have times like this), try still to do something. You can help yourself with 'minimum' checklist or keep in mind, that your planned 'hang session' or other workout could also be done short (!) and can be finished soon 😋. AND you will feel better afterward. 🐢🦎🐢 . .
