Motivation of training in #stayathome time. .
Are you still training, maybe even more or just hold back a bit and 'chilling - out' the time... Maybe a bit of both?

Unfortunately, it can depends on the facilities and possibilities you own, but also have a lot to with your motivation. .
How to keep motivated (if you may struggle with): .
1) keeping goal in your mind is important; gives you an reason and boost 'Why' 2) set up a plan -> it can be a weekly, daily or just kind of a 'minimum required daily' checklist ie. subjects you would like to do in a day (like at least: 3 x 10 pull-ups, 3x30 pushups, 100 squats, ect.) 3) bare in mind, that consistency is a key and you will feel better, when you do something. 👍 .
