I found out also pretty helpfull (and believe not just for me, but generally), to set-up 'daily' routine or plan... It helps to stay more positive, optimistic, motivated and productive. What all, leads you to be stronger, immunity and mentally. 💕 .  Here is (mine) 'new' routine: . *wake up ⏰ (well, maybe an 'obvious', but very important one 🤣. I really recommend you to set up some time to help you start the day) . *do some structured 'work' 📝📚👩‍💻 (I have picked up; 15 min morning yoga (just started 🧘‍♀️), followed by 'on-line' school/at home work (if you don't have any, you can use time for listening/watching about topics you've been interested in and never really took time for)... . *call friends/family 📲 . *go on a walk (30'), visit 'my goats' 🏃‍♀️;🐐🐑;🌻 . *workout (~1.5h of hangboard, body weight or dumbbells) 🏋️‍♀️ . *some more school/work, or read smth. 🤣 . *instagram (too much of Instagram 🙈) . *dinner 🍲 . *phone time; 📲 . *TV news/relax . *Good night ✨ .  Ok, it is not a perfect one, but there is always a place to improve. Most important is, that you feel comfortable with it and works for you! 👍 .  What do you think about it?
