New collab shoe with @evolv_worldwide is out now! Stoked on how it turned out. About a year and a half ago I went to the @evolv_worldwide factory and met up with Matt Birch. He had a couple prototypes crafted up, but one caught my attention. Its shape was unique and different from anything else I had seen. The shape forced the point of the toe box to the big toe, which is where you want to have all your power at. It had a criss cross strap/velcro fastening system that suction cupped the shoe to your foot like a glove. Overall, was one of the more comfortable high end climbing shoes that I had worn. After testing several prototypes, we found something that I felt confident to send in. Next step was color scheme which I wanted to have be black and white. @ポール・ロビンソン later came up with the name "Phantom" and added some additional feedback and the shoe was born. I do not climb in any other shoe... for me there is no need. This beast does it all. Go try it for yourself. It is not perfect by any means, but good enough to perform at a high level in multiple climbing styles, rock types, and terrain. Feedback would be nice, so open to hear what yall think. It was a fun project to be a part of and inspired me to keep designing new shit.
