As a trainer, one of my favourite things to do in the gym with my clients is to set up an obstacle style circuit. I’ll have them complete 12-20 reps of each exercise (depending on what it is) as quickly as possible then move onto the next station. I always make sure I have one less client than station exercises so they don’t run into each other. 💪😂 This is also a great way to workout with a group of friends. #BBGcommunity, who wants me to show you HOW to set up a circuit like this and where you would like me to film it eg. gym, home, outdoors?
