It's not easy all the time and after 2 weeks off, I was definitely scared to start working out again. I personally do not weigh myself. Ever. I have never owned a scale, nor do I ever intend to. It's a personal choice, but one I feel really great about. I am just trying to live a healthier lifestyle all around and that's all I try to focus on. I know if I'd weighed myself after these 2 weeks, I'd probably feel really down and I don't want that. ⁣⁣
