How I’m taking care of myself is also how well I’m treating my little one so thought I’d share them with you 💕 Massage, specifically lymphatic drainage. If you haven’t tried it before it’s not aggressive (You can swipe to see a video of my girl @lymphlyft working on me at home) This helps with circulation + combats swelling, plus it feels incredible and calms us both! 💕Oiling up bump at least twice a day to keep the stretching skin moisturised so its protected and nourished and less likely to tear. I use #biooilusa because Ive used it forever + I have sensitive skin so I felt confident I wouldn’t try something new and end up being irritated plus I can get it @cvspharmacy basically my second home lol. 💕Affirmations for me and baby P - because even in the belly they can hear you and I want to make sure I’m using loving language. Also maintaining my own self confidence when some days I’m still terrified by all the life changes (super grateful but the unknown is scary hope you can relate). 💕Taking my prenatals and collagen supplements as they help me get the nourishment I need. Plus I love how #vitalproteins sups have my skin thriving and I’ve heard that the extra collagen can help skin recover after stretching out. 💕Getting enough sleep and the power of not right now! Even though I love working and will continue to create content and work on big up and coming projects, I’m not letting anything pressure me. I know that might not be possible in all careers but it’s definitely important to switch off in the evenings / weekends, take naps when you can and enjoy some alone time to meditate or reconnect with this beautiful journey you’re on. 💕Eating for nourishment + joy, enjoying balance consuming nutrients to help grow a strong healthy bubba is super important. But I also haven’t been “eating for two” and I listen to my body intuitively when I feel full  Hope this may help some of you.
