And the answer that’s arrived in me is nothing but the essence of photography is you can take photos in whatever style you like.
The photo is a record of what you already have taken in your brain.I think that doesn't matter what kind of equipment you use or if you use digital or film cameras. It’s more important what you like to express in them.

写真の本質、それは好きなスタイルで撮ることにほかならないということ。写真は既に脳内で撮り終わったものを記録するもの。デジタルだろうがフィルムだろうが機材なんて関係ない。何で撮るかではなく何を表現の主たるものにするかが大切。
