It's not just about following the proper etiquette and rituals of making tea, but also about gradually learning how to nurture my inner self.  The term "道" refers to the process of refining one's senses and cultivating the ability to notice subtle details, and truly sharpening one's sensitivity.  During the Edo period, "refining one's senses" was considered as a crucial aspect of adult etiquette, not only among the nobility but also among samurai. This cultural depth in Japan is truly fascinating.   Since refining the five senses is the complete opposite of the digital world, I strongly desire to improve their accuracy and discover the world that lies ahead.
