WEEK 2, DAY 4: GLUTE GROWTH 🍑

I knowww you’re just as excited for leg (booty) day as I am. It’s finally here and it’s time to grow those glutes! I’m using the DB Booty Band in this workout to add a bit of extra resistance and enhance that booty burn (available via the link in my bio). Speaking of booty burn, I’ve included a booty burnout in this routine as a workout finisher. This is a high rep series of exercises to fatigue your muscle and maximise results.
