Remember fear is a product of your imagination and it happens only when your mind is in the future instead of the present. It’s a situation created by you instead of a reality. When we are about to compete and we feel nervous, we are scared of failure, scared of not being able to perform at the maximum level and also fear of feeling very unpleasant sensations like the high amount of tiredness after a run through. All of this are suppositions from our mind and none of them are a guarantee to become real.  One day, when I realized all the problems were in my mind, I felt suddenly like a SUPERWOMAN. I realized I had much more power than I thought because if I was able to create this fear in my mind, then I was able to create the opposite too: PURE TRUST.  I realized that if I was going to fail I would have time to feel bad when it will happen, so why to worry about before it happens? Also, by being worry my mind was in a negative state, so the probability to fail was much higher. I decided to trust. 100% trust in me and any situation. At least I would enjoy and feel good before I have the experience itself. I learnt to be in the present moment to be focused and have my mind ready to make it work. Every time you feel this sensation, remember: don’t make your neurons focus in abstract possibilities, give them direction to think about things to do now (look the video, remember corrections, help others, make a joke, paint your nails or do a sudoku) if you don’t have nothing else to do than wait, observe what’s happening around you, your breathing, the people or whatever is there to keep you in the present moment.
