My man @benbergstrom3 joined @boothcampgym shortly after we opened. When he started, Ben weighed 190 pounds - the heaviest he had ever been. He has always been into fitness, particularly running, but before moving to Nashville, a veterinary residency took his focus away from his fitness and his health. He decided that it was time to refocus and make a change to his daily regimen..

Ben has dropped nearly 30 pounds training with us (almost every day) and has become someone who is looked to for motivation & direction. HE made the commitment to his health with the support of his badass wife Tara-dise @modernnashnest (who is also killing it 💪🏼). They both quickly became an integral part of our awesome BC community, as each member does, and we’re lucky to have them! Also - HBD to Ben tomorrow 🎉 @boothcampgym
