As kids we begged and pleaded for mum and dad to take us overseas. We wanted to get our hair braided in Fiji like all the cool cats at school and ride the roller coasters at Aussie theme parks. Instead, we got a triple bunkbed cabin in Rotorua every winter #kiwiasbro. Mum and dad promised when Sasha turned 13 they would take us overseas.
