I’ve been cleared to start working out (been back for about 3 weeks now, mainly using resistance bands and ab sliders for home workouts.. making it to the gym a couple times a week lifting light weight but higher reps and using my waist trimmer for each cardio session) I will be documenting everything that I can but please let me know if there’s anything specific you would like to see!
