6 WEEKS POSTPARTUM! 🤰🏼✨
Here’s a great lower body workout only using bands! I’ve been using RESISTANCE BANDS, ab sliders, dumbbell / kettlebells and going light weight on machines with higher reps to slowly get back to it after having my baby! I also need functionality in my workout routine to be able to break a sweat 😓 at home because I can only make it to the gym a couple times a week with having a newborn now! My bum and legs were completely wrecked after this circuit!
VIDEO 1: Banded Jump Squats (warm up)
*45 seconds / Repeat 3-4 times OR 15 reps total.
VIDEO 2: Single leg kick backs into fire hydrate
*45 seconds per leg / Repeat 3-4 times OR 10 reps per side.. combining 1 kick back AND 1 fire hydrate for ONE rep!
VIDEO 3: Banded squat with step back
*45 seconds / Repeat 3-4 times OR 20 reps total.. combining 1 squat and 1 step back as ONE rep!
VIDEO 4: Glute bridge with clamshell
*45 seconds / Repeat 3-4 times OR 15 reps total.. combining 1 glute bridge and 1 clamshell as ONE rep!
VIDEO 5: Lateral Band Walks
*45 seconds / Repeat 3-4 times OR 25 reps total counting each side step as ONE!
