My last contest weight was 52.8kg.
I am planning to not over 55kg.
(it's already over 55kg but...) I like my contest style but I like now!!
coz can move more, eat more and power more!!
I have been maintaining my mind and body together with my health now.

I love to eat meat, fruit, and nuts.
The happiest when I'm eating something delicious.

コンテストの絞った身体もそりゃかっこいいけど、
私は、
適度に引き締まって、
しっかり動けて、
健康的な、身体が欲している物を食べて、
何より、
心も身体もノーストレスでパワーいっぱいな時がいい。
今がそんな時期。

大好きなお肉も野菜もフルーツもナッツも、
食べれるって幸せ！
