I haven’t done hot yoga in like a year or so... because.. personally, I don’t really like it 😩 it’s SO hard!!!!!! it was so hard/hot that a girl in the class actually passed out. I was like 👁 nope, I gtg. BUT I stayed for the whole hour and a half! I did it! What I do like about it though is how much you sweat and how good you feel after. I’m more of a... regular/beginner/zen yoga type of chick. 🧘🏽‍♀️ I know there are all sorts of names for different types of yoga (someone plz fill me in 💡) but yeaaa, I don’t think I’ll be doing another hot yoga class for a while lol 😰 I’m shooketh. I love to try new things and go to new places though so I had fun overall! Plus, I went with a friend and we were looking at each other like 😱 the whole time & cracking up lol. Good times.
