The Transamerica Pyramid is the second-tallest skyscraper in the skyline of San Francisco, California, at 853 feet (260 m). Its design consists of a tall, four-sided pyramid with two "wings" that accommodate an elevator shaft on the east and a stairwell and smoke tower on the west.
