Can I make that meringue thicker-I mean the layer- for the pavlova? I was thinking of making a hemisphere shape meringue and put the fillings in it to make it look like a ball shape. If I make them into a ball shape, still would it be a pavlova?

I could’ve watched him all day, so adorable 💕 If I were him tho I would’ve licked the living sh@# out of the spoon, whisk, mixing bowls and I probably would not have even realized it 👅

I made these in prison..its amazing what you can do with a hot plate a bag of marshmallows and stolen fruit jam from commissary. I'm sure just as delicious Pavlonas

I think, the sugar was suppose to melt at 115 degree Celsius and pour it while egg whites are mixing.
