Inspired by my lovely friend @ケイト・アプトン this here is my #sharestrong message. This is me after a very long and difficult day. Drained of every emotion I could possibly experience. Raw. And that takes strength. To not give up. To keep going. To move through the pain. To be gentle with yourself. And to ask for help. No makeup. No filter. No bullshit. Just truth. Tears. We all suffer. And may our strength come deep from within so that we may hold a safe space for others as we lift them up in times of despair. Sending my love to all. imanmohsein I truly wish you well. I truly wish you to feel peace in your heart, to live each day to the fullest and in times of hardship to remember that no matter how hard things could seem to you there s always God up above guiding you and helping you. This is a honest and heartfelt wish from my heart, i ve experienced so many hard times aswell lately but at the end believe me nothing truly deserves it. Nothing truly deserves to reach the point of you being drained in your emotions and feelings. Take care of yourself . Take care of yourself. You have many people around you that love you and care for you but above all God created you and that one alone should be a reason to make you happy for your whole entire present and future lives, so embrace joy and be thankful for each second of joy you experience. Being greatful is going to increase whatever you re greatful for. This is how i cope with my hard times. I just say thank you God for even the smallest thing and then i m sure God will increase it in my life.
