昨年12月に始めて、6月に装置が外れてリテーナー(歯が戻らない様に固定する針金みたいなもの)に移行しました。
私の場合下の歯の前9本だけだったというのもありますが、あまりにもあっという間に綺麗に並んだもんだから、もっと早くやれば良かった！と思いました。
2枚目の写真は、歯医者さんで開始時とこの前撮っていただいていたものを携帯のカメラで撮ったもの。
