High pulls and anything behind the neck used to make my shoulders ache, so I avoided high pulls and used slow face pulls, and exercises for all the middle and lower trap. Also took the shoulder dislocates as a personal matter and now my chest is like chewing gum 💪💪

I have been doing crossover symmetry, and I also have this program. I haven’t gone overhead for 3 weeks and your program requires going overhead would you say I should wait until I feel ready or its programmed for overhead to come anytime.

I need to try this! Hope this will be a key to fix my shoulder which has been pain since I tried butterfly pullups 2 years ago! Physiotherapists have no clue what is wrong, what is causing such pain and how to get this fixed🤷

@r_mcglynn I know this is a shoulder rehab post but there are some movements we can add to our garage wods. Like farmer Carrie's which I had forgotten about and the one arm high pulls (alternating) would be good ones too.
