@camillelbaz this maybe a little to late. The trick with weighted backpack running is to use heavy tape on the area on your back where the pack will sag and hit. Army training, we used this on long pack runs. Also kept our hands holding the shoulder straps. This kept the pack closer to the body.

@camillelbaz , as a former extremely long distance runner, I've dealt with blisters and water rucksack Mark's, much like you have now. Try this: wash area, wipe with alcohol, air dry, then put a thin coat of vaseline over it. Cover. Overnight you should see results!

Ask the medical staff for a skin protectant. U should shower and wash with mild soap. Dry well and use a skin protectant for tomorrow. But there’s a great story behind that injury.
