Nothing changes, if YOU don't. Let's keep moving forward, opening NEW doors and creating NEW healthy habits that stick for #SWEATNATION. #BBGCommunity what new doors are you going to open next week?

Dear Kayla, a couple of years ago when you just started and becoming more and more popular, I bought your book. I truly believed (and still believe) in this plan of workouts. Thank you for creating this program and honest platform for people to share their journeys. The reason why I say honest is because in this time, with social media, you are not sure what to believe anymore.
One time I almost finished the 12 weeks together with a friend (without being involved in the community because I am not a big fan of social media) It was hard, and I am not sure if I could have done it alone. Never before I send you an email/text/ or wrote anything on social media, I was just reading and not participating in the community. (But really appreciating it)
I think I read a lot of strategies/stories from people how to motivate yourself. There is just one thing I would really like to hear from you, about the following: for a long time I struggle with negative thought and beliefs about myself, they restrain me from holding on to the program when I just started, or even getting started with the program.
These thoughts/beliefs have formed my identy ever since(for example thoughts like: I can not hold on to anything, I always will be fat, I will never be pretty like other people, I will never be fit/slim. These thoughts demotivate me in getting started or holding on. Can you maybe discuss this subject and give me any help on this subject? Because I am getting tired of giving up everytime, everytime I lose a little bit more confidence that I can do it like every other strong girl that made the transformation. Even the thought of being fit and felt really good about almost finishing the program is not strong enough to get me started.
I hope you see something in this idea and that it can also be helpful to others. Thank you so much in advance, i hope this message will be received by you or someone from your staff. 💕

Hard to quit your old habits, but very true Indeed. New projets = New perspectives. We do not make New plans with old things, even if you wish, people do not truly change even if they Say so.

Yes!!! Get out of that comfort zone🙌🏼💪🏼 I’m so happy that #sweatnation is happening! Such a great way to build new habits and get rid of the not so good habits💛

Yes! I pushed this morning and got a workout in. Working to make this a daily habit rather than a chore! 🏋️♀️
