Yes !!! Heroes of fitness !!! We DID bicycle over the Golden Gate Bridge on our day off. In the cold wind and mist ! And I DID wear my helmet ! But it was all worth it to enjoy Sausalito in the sunshine, and revisit one of my favourite restaurants in the world - The Spinnaker on the waterfront - a beautiful spot to reflect on the fact that life isn’t all bad.
