After a seriously delayed flight last night I got in to bed at 1:45am. Kids up at 6 am and after my one celebratory aperol pre flight I’ve felt better but managed to summon enough energy for a work out and now I feel so much better. #sweatingaperol

Random q - how do you split between workouts and yoga? Do you do both in the morning, or alternate! I’m just starting and would like to work out how best to do it xx
