Causes of bloating:
🧪Low stomach acid levels
🐷Eating too fast
😫Stress (it depletes stomach acid)
🦠Overgrowth of bad bacteria (SIBO, candida, etc.)
🍦Food sensitivities
💧Too little water intake

Foods that usually contribute to bloating (not everyone):
➡️Legumes, cruciferous veggies, onions, fruit, wheat/gluten/grains, dairy

Extra stuff to do to help bloating:
🌱Foods: Apple cider vinegar, ginger, activated charcoal, peppermint.
🚫Consider an elimination diet
📖Read labels more carefully
🤓Journal your food intake to help pinpoint
💊Use digestive enzymes & probiotics
💦Look at your water intake (ounces you should be drinking daily is your body weight in lbs divided by 2 + 15. Add 15 more for every hour you train).
