@christine9182 we love blendin’ with oats. It gives you a rawkin’ boost of protein. Rolled oats will give you the best result when blending, cook them before for the smoothest green smoothie.

@jenn_la_la 2 cups almond milk, 2 cups spinach or choice greens, mixed with a banana, and frozen cherries and pineapple. Shelled hempseed adds protein.
