Full Body Home Workout 💪🏼
No equipment is needed for this strength building session, it focuses on bodyweight resistance while also keeping your heart rate elevated 💦 Save it for later, you can use it when you’re short on time and need a quick total body blast 🔥
➡️ 25 Pop Squats (these are vile, sorry not sorry, but they’re in this circuit to keep your heart pumping!)
➡️ 20 Reverse Lunges (10 per leg, focus on loading the front foot to activate your glutes)
➡️ 5 Eccentric Push Ups (engage your core & focus on a super slow lowering phase of the movement, aim for a minimum 3-5 second eccentric on each rep)
➡️ 8 V Sit Leg Lowers (again, focusing on a slow lowering phase. Engage your core to protect your lower back and move your legs with control)
Set a timer for 20-30 minutes depending on how long you have and see how many rounds you can get. Take rest when you need it but keep it minimal ✅
