erika4224 Do you follow strict keto? Was just looking at your link- I started keto three weeks ago and I’m currently down 9 lbs but haven’t lost in about 10 days. I saw that a lot of the stuff on your amazon list has sucralose in it. Do you only focus on less than 20 net carbs?
