I miss my fruits (apples, clementines & Bananas) my morning plain oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon and craisins.....and FRESH baked bread. But I love that I am down 37lbs so far with another 26-30 to go!
My hardest part is doing exercise....other than walking a mile a day (maybe 3 days a week) there isn’t any real exercise going on.
Thank you again for inspiring this 50+ dude to lose weight!

Having lost 90+ lbs on Keto there was so much I missed but became a lifestyle truly that I slowly began to not think about what I was “missing” after a period of time. Now all I can think is holy pineapple this pic is incredible! Wtg! ??

So Sad .. Everyone should treat themselves fruit is so very Healthy.. Eat those Pineapples Bananas Mangoes once a week as a treat it really won’t effect your weight ...

I'll admit, I'm dirty/lazy keto. I will have the occasional bite of fruit to satiate my taste buds , but I don't go crazy. One bite/small chunk, and I'm good.
