うめ、うめ、うめ！

奈良のオフィスに大量の梅が届きました。
毎年、スタッフのお庭で獲れた梅をお裾分けさせてもらっているんです。
青々とした大ぶりの梅たちが、どんな”梅仕事”にしようかと想像を掻き立てます。

私も、今年は初めて梅シロップづくりに挑戦です。美味しい市販のシロップもいいけれど、ちょっと不格好でも自分で漬けた味はきっと格別。
青梅はスーパーでも手軽に手に入るので、ぜひ季節を味わう梅仕事、お試ししてみてください。 ------
We get a lot of plums at the office in Nara.
Every year, we get plums harvested in the one of staff`s garden.

I'm also trying to make ume syrup for the first time this year.
