Just landed in NY and on my first night back I always eat out somewhere local; tonight it’s at @thewhitlockny. I always like to order things I don’t normally cook, and it just occurred to me, as I ordered this simple but delicious roasted sunchoke dish, that I’ve NEVER cooked with sunchoke even though I love it so much! Any suggestions from my cooking friends on recipes?
