Eliminate Your Shower Pan Threshold
シャワールームに入る時に足をあげて入らなければならない「敷居」。
コンドミニアムではまだ水漏れの観点から取りつけられているところが多いのですが、段々なくなっていく傾向に。理由としては４つ。
１． シニア対応住宅への考慮から足を上げてはいらなければならない敷居を取り払う必要性がある
２． 同様の理由で段差のないバスルームがデザインできる
３． 敷居を取り払うことでスペースの有効利用ができる
４． コンテンポラリーのデザインができる。
わが社でもそのようなバスルーム改築のお手伝いをしました。
Do you still have to lift your feet to get into the shower room as there is a threshold? Many condos still have shower curbs from the liability viewpoint of water leakage, but they are to disappear gradually. Four reasons: 1. The increase number of baby boomers retiring make the shower room with no curb for safety reason. 2. You can design one level floor bathroom for the same reason. 3. Effective use of space can be achieved by removing the curbs. 3. We can create bathrooms in contemporary style. We also helped our clients to make no curb bathrooms.
