#ArtWords: 'Monoprint' is a form of printmaking where the image can only be made once, unlike most printmaking where you see multiple originals. An impression is printed from a re-printable block, but by incorporating hand-colouring or collage it is made unique so that only one of its kind exists. The beauty of mono-printing is in its spontaneity.
