I like to keep it simple and not too complicated because I’m already quite uncoordinated and my balance isn’t the best!
But these are all some of my tried and true faithfuls to a good home “HIIT” workout!

Do each exercise one after the other and then repeat the whole circuit 3-4 times! No longer than 30-40 sec breaks!! GET IT DONEEE 💛🍍
