Tesla missed investor’s expectations by a wide margin yesterday.
The company reported first-quarter vehicle delivery numbers far below what Wall Street anticipated. Tesla delivered just over 63,000 vehicles, far lower than the 76,000 analysts had expected.
It marks a weak start to the year for the electric vehicle maker. Analysts say it will now be hard for Tesla to meet its full-year delivery target of 360,000-400,000 vehicles.
