So this may sound bizarre but I’ve always had a fear of noses - being hit with a ball on the nose, having somebody touch my nose or being touched by somebody else’s nose really freaks me out and is a condition called rhinophobia. Noses are so fragile, soft and squishy (not to mention wet on animals) and I do everything that I can to avoid them - so you can imagine how freaked out I was about having nose surgery last year - but I’m so pleased with my results and my ability to breathe properly for the first time in my life. My puppy Duke however is obsessed with rubbing his nose all over me, as you can see, he tries to put his nose into my ears and mouth whenever he gets near me and I squeal and run away.
