🐻 Why do people emphatically deny the unhealthiness of processed foods?
🦉 Because they know what they’re talking about. There’s this thing I’ve noticed: the less informed you are about food, the more likely you are to insist that “processed food is unhealthy.” In fact, the majority of people who say processed food is unhealthy, by a large margin, don’t even know the definition of “processed food.”
Nearly 100% of the food all people eat is processed food.
Processed food does not mean frozen TV dinners. The definition of processed food is any food subjected to mechanical, chemical, or heat-based processing to change its characteristics.
All cooked food is processed food. All baked food is processed food. All chopped, blended, pickled, dried, smoked, roasted, canned, or bottled food is processed food. “Processed food is unhealthy” is the kind of silly nonsense spouted by people who simply repeat what they see on “nutrition” web sites that are trying to sell them something.
Not all processed food is the same, of course. But with any food, eating in moderation, not too little or too much, mostly plants, is what you want to do to be healthy. People who try to demonize some kind of food or call something a “superfood” are trying to get your money. Don’t be gullible.

🤠 After I got into fitness & my body shape kept changing depending on my seasonal motivation, I swore to only purchase stretchy clothing.
🦉 Girls have it lucky as yoga pants are pretty popular as casual wear. Not warm enough for the winter though.
🤠 I like Nike tech knit pants. Expensive but a guy only needs two pairs of trousers. Prana Zions are stretchy asf though too baggy in the lower leg. Ordinary tracksuit pants are what I wear in the colder months. I'm not trying to impress anyone.

If you scribble on your own body the muscle names, every day before you take a shower/bath, it'll help you to memorise more effectively than visualising in your mind.
It would make an interesting vlog too. Us guys can watch you scribble the muscle names on your body & get a good perv, but also learn something.
But perhaps do it episodically. Do the leg muscles one day & tell us to tune in the next day, for the arm muscles, and so on.
