"Spring Festival 2019 "Iki 】 Finally from tomorrow, Mar 21st, the events of sakura wil be starting in all around Happo-en. The garden in Happo-en will undergo an elegant and colorful transformation as sakura trees of different varieties blossom one after another, from Taki-zakura(cascading waterfall sakura from Miharu town in Fukushima), the well-known Yoshino-sakura, Shidare-zakura (weeping cherry), Yae-zakura (double-blossom sakura with more than five petals per blossom), Gyoikou-zakura (a rare green variety), and more. From March 21st, sakura trees will be lit up from sunset till 10pm. The elegant night-time viewing of sakura can be enjoyed in a plenty of time. Before and after the walk in the garden, please enjoy the tastes of spring with seasonal ingredients and vegetables directly delivered from partner farmers at our 5 restaurants.
