A meal I had at @星野リゾート　トマム Risonare’s newly opened Italian restaurant. ??‍???A meal is an understatement.?? It was a curious journey through Tomamu’s winter delight. ❄️A 10-course Degustazione starting with “Precious Little Things” - a treasure box of colorful jewelry-like amuse-bouche.???

As you scroll through you will find “The Sun in the Sea” - pannacota of negi and murasaki uni laid on a bed of consommé julee, topped with truffle salt. Sooooo gooooood!?

“Footprints in the Forest” - homemade pasta venison sauce sprinkled with juniper berry spice, audaciously playful.???

... and more. Even the plating for bread roll is ice-like. Very Tomamu.?

Guess what? All of these for ¥13,000. For the absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and top-notch service I experienced, in putting this on your list for Tomamu. This restaurant is still new and is named “Main Dining” for now. Hoshino will announce its new presence once it is officially launched. ♡
