I have a love/hate relationship with Instagram. I think it’s such an amazing way to connect with one another & to learn from and inspire each other...but it is also a place that unfortunately can spread a lot of judgment, negativity, hate & comparison. I’ve been seeing so much of it in my (& others) comments lately so I decided to start a compliment train ? say something nice about the person that comments above yours ☝? let’s spread love today...& make it a habit ?
