想いを料理にのせて届ける「おもてなし料理」】「おふたりや御両家に成り代わって、おもてなしの気持ちが伝わる料理をお創りする」そんな八芳園の料理長の想いから誕生した、おふたりの想いをのせた「おもてなし料理」。本日ご紹介させていただきますのは、「金目鯛の白味噌仕立て」。ゲストが楽しめるようにと、料理には特にこだわっていらっしゃったおふたり。「皆さまの記憶に残る料理でおもてなしをしたい」そんなお気持ちから、お椀の料理には特別に”煙の演出”を取り入れました。ふたを開けると立ち上る食欲をそそる湯気。会場全体に燻製の香りが広がります。「美味しそう！」「いい香り！」ゲストの皆様の驚く姿に、おふたりも嬉しそうに微笑んでいらっしゃいました。八芳園の料理長たちと、おふたりとともに創り上げてきたたくさんの「おもてなし料理」。今後も紹介してまいりますので、ぜひご期待くださいませ。 TEAM FOR WEDDING 【八芳園ウェディング】 http://www.happo-en.com/wedding/ 【“OMOTENASHI cuisine”, delivering thoughts to everyone 】 "Welcoming the guests with dishes filled with hospitality mind on behalf of the bride and groom and their family" is how HAPPO-EN's OMOTENASHI cuisine first started by our head chef. The dish to be introduced today is “Red snapper finished with white miso”. The couple who stuck particularly to the dishes, so that guests can enjoy it. "We want to entertain with memorable food of all of my guests." From that thought, they introduced "smoke presentation" specially for bowl cuisine. Opening the lid of bowl brings up the appetizing steam. Smoked scent spreads throughout the venue. "Looks delicious!" "Nice smell!" Both of the bride and groom smiled happily to see the guests were surprised.
