八芳園さんのインスタグラム写真 - (八芳園Instagram)「【振る舞う素材や料理に願いを込めて】古くより日本料理には、旬を大切にし、七五三や成人、喜寿など、節目の祝い事を大切にする風習があります。そして、食材や料理にもひとつひとつに、様々な意味や願いが込められています。その中で本日ご紹介するのは、八芳園の婚礼料理「FUSHIME」の先付けの一品。「FUSHIME」コースは、お席に置かれた重箱の一段目「蛤」の料理から始まります。実は、蛤の貝殻は、対になっている貝殻でなければぴたりと合いません。このことから、仲の良い夫婦を表し、「一生一人の人と添い遂げるように」という願いが込められています。おふたりの節目を迎えるたびに、想い出のお祝いの料理になりますように。心を込めて。 TEAM FOR WEDDING 【八芳園ウエディング】 http://www.happo-en.com/ 【Wishing on the ingredients and cuisines to offer】 We have had a custom in Japanese cuisine to value the seasonal and the celebration of milestones(Fushime), such as Shichi-Go-San(celebration for children of 3,5,and 7), age-coming day, and 77th birthday. And each single ingredient and dish has various meanings and wishes within. Among them, a dish to introduce today is an appetizer of wedding cuisine of Happo-en,”FUSHIME”. A course menu of “FUSHIME” starts with a dish of “Hamaguri(big clam)”in the first layer of the boxes at the table. Actually the shells of Hamaguri don’t perfectly fit each other unless it is an original pair of shells. From this, it represents a couple in a good relationship and the wishes of “to live a lifetime together with one person”.
