It’s an annual tradition for us to transform our pastry cases for Valentine’s Day, and this year at @DominiqueAnselKitchen, it’s all about hearts in all different flavors and colors from Sat. Feb 9th to Thurs. Feb 14th. From our Will You Accept This Rose? cake (the red ❤️) with caramel mousse, caramelized apples, and brown sugar financier cake; to Cupid’s Arrow (the green ?) with pistachio bavaroise, raspberry gelée, and Valrhona Caramelia feuilletine; and Hugs & Kisses (the pink ?) with milk@l chocolate mousse, strawberry gelée, and almond biscuit, it’ll be a delicious Valentine’s Day here in the West Village.
