Our Valentine’s Afternoon Tea at @DominiqueAnselLondon, with heart-shaped sweet bites (like the Red Rose with rose strawberry financier, strawberry jam, sablé Breton, and crystallized rose petal), and miniature savory heart-shaped sandwiches (like Smoked Salmon with dill and yuzu crème fraîche, and Coronation Smoked Turkey with mango chutney). And of course, warm fresh-baked scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream-filled rose truffles to spread on top.
