I started designing and producing enamel pins for my shop @naturesmyfriend; a creative process that turns drawings or designs into wearable stamped metal. Although most creatives design enamel pins on a screen or tablet, I still hand-draw mine like I do any other creation. 08, 05, 03, 01, and 005 to make the first detailed image. Then I simplify that rendering into a more graphic image with thicker lines using only 08 and #PigmaGraphic 1. Finally I scan my design, size it accordingly and send the digital file to a production company who stamps my little designs out of metal into tiny pieces of art.
