A veteran who lost his leg in Afghanistan stopped to help former Secretary of State Colin Powell change his tire. Powell, who is a retired four-star general in the Army, said he was on his way to Walter Reed medical center when a tire blew out, and Anthony Maggert pulled over to help. The act of kindness touched Powell’s soul, he wrote in a Facebook post on Thursday.
